Principal's Message

Dear HMS Families,

Today, we ended School Violence Awareness Week  with our annual "Volley Against Violence". Throughout the day, students play volleyball with their peers, our staff and various members of the Livingston Police Department. We thank the Livingston Police Department for their continued partnership and collaboration in supporting our school to be a safe and positive environment for all.

Next week is Red Ribbon Week where all schools in New Jersey promote healthy, drug-free choices. We will end the week with a presentation from Timothy Shoemaker on the dangerous effects of vaping.

Lastly, we will begin hosting interest meetings for our Winter Sports Program with our students next week. If your child may be interested in playing Boys or Girls Basketball or Volleyball, make sure that they are registered in Genesis ahead of time. Click here for information on how you can register your child for a school sport for the Winter Season.

Have a great weekend.
